Citizens who obtained St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship through the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme, including dependants and children, must complete biometric enrolment by 31 July 2027. The requirement concerns your passport. Your citizenship does not end if you miss the deadline, but after 31 July 2027 only biometric-enabled passports will be accepted for international travel. Until you complete enrolment and receive a biometric passport, you will not have a valid travel document.
Jennifer Harding-Marlin is an Authorised Agent for the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme. JH Marlin Law assists existing citizens with the agent-linked registration process, appointment confirmation, document preparation and the steps that follow enrolment.
