Where Can You Complete St. Kitts and Nevis Biometric Enrolment?

St. Kitts Biometric Enrolment Locations Worldwide

St. Kitts and Nevis citizens do not necessarily need to travel to the Caribbean to complete biometric enrolment. The Government has established approved collection locations in the Federation and internationally, making the passport-upgrade process more accessible to Citizenship by Investment applicants and citizens living abroad.

Choosing the right location requires more than selecting the nearest city. Appointment availability, entry requirements, family logistics, cost and planned travel can all affect the best option.

Current Biometric Enrolment Locations

According to the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Unit’s biometric programme information, approved appointments have been available in:

  • St. Kitts;
  • Dubai;
  • Abu Dhabi;
  • Hong Kong;
  • Singapore;
  • Istanbul;
  • Ottawa;
  • Toronto;
  • London;
  • the Washington, D.C. area;
  • Lagos;
  • Jeddah; and
  • Iraq.

The collection network may expand or change. Applicants should confirm that a location is active and has suitable availability before making travel arrangements.

Must I Enrol in My Country of Residence?

You are not required to enrol in the country where that you reside. Depending on appointment availability and entry permissions, an applicant may be able to attend another approved international location.

However, applicants should consider visa requirements, transit rules, travel-document validity and the cost of reaching the location. An appointment confirmation does not give a person permission to enter another country.

An Authorised Agent can help coordinate the booking, but the traveller remains responsible for satisfying immigration and airline requirements.

Choosing the Best Location

When comparing locations, consider the following:

Appointment Availability

The nearest city is not always the fastest option. A location with more appointment capacity may be preferable where a passport is needed within a particular timeframe.

Family Coordination

Families should determine whether everyone can attend at the same time. If relatives live in different countries, it may be more practical to arrange enrolment at different centres.

Travel Permission

Check whether each traveller needs a visa or transit authorization. This is particularly important when a family includes members holding different nationalities or residence permits.

Cost

Compare airfare, hotels, local transportation and time away from work or school. A slightly more distant centre may still be economical if it offers a coordinated family appointment.

Timing

Do not schedule the trip until the appointment is confirmed. Applicants should also avoid arranging onward international travel on the assumption that the upgraded passport will be available immediately after enrolment.

What Happens After an Overseas Appointment?

Since September 1, 2026, biometric enrolment is integrated with passport production. The facial image and fingerprints captured during enrolment, together with the applicant’s personal information and supporting documents, become part of the passport submission.

The completed information is transferred to the Passport Office in St. Kitts and Nevis. Passports cannot be collected from an overseas biometric centre, Embassy or High Commission unless the Government introduces and confirms a different arrangement.

Applicants should allow approximately four to six weeks for the initial production period, plus delivery time.

Avoid Unofficial Booking Services

Biometric enrolment must be completed through the official Government platform. Applicants should not provide sensitive personal or biometric information to an unofficial website or unverified intermediary.

Citizens should work with a duly authorised agent and confirm payment and booking instructions before transferring funds or uploading identity documents.
